Early career opportunities

Our Member Advocate Program is a great way to start your career at Collective Health. This team ensures that our members' healthcare experiences are positive and seamless. No prior experience is necessary as we offer a comprehensive onboarding process to empower Member Advocate hires. Member Advocates have opportunities for continued advancement within the Member Services team, and those with strong performance records are also eligible to move internally to other roles and teams within their first year of tenure.

Spanish-speaking opportunities

We serve a diverse community, including a significant number of Spanish-speaking members. Within our member-facing teams, we have Member Advocates, Social Workers, and Nurses who leverage their Spanish language skills to assist members, ensuring they can access, understand, and manage their health benefits without language being a barrier. For roles where Spanish and English are required, your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English can make a significant difference in our members' lives.
