Hybrid work model

We currently offer a hybrid work model. This policy allows our employees to blend working from home with days in the office. The structure of hybrid work can vary by team and role, but generally, employees are expected to be in the office a few days each week. This model supports work-life balance while maintaining the connectivity and synergy of in-person interactions.
