Customize your resume

Adjust your resume to emphasize the skills and experiences that align closely with the job description. This targeted approach helps us quickly see how you fit the role.

Research thoroughly

Familiarize yourself with the job requirements and our company’s mission. A deep understanding of both will enable you to tailor your responses and demonstrate your enthusiasm and qualifications for the position.

Prepare for behavioral questions

Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure concise, impactful stories about your past experiences. This will help you clearly articulate how you’ve handled professional challenges and successes.

S (Situation) – Describe the context or background of the situation you were in. This sets the stage and gives the interviewer an understanding of the scenario.

T (Task) – Explain the task or challenge you were faced with. This highlights what needed to be done or the problem you needed to solve.

A (Action) – Describe the specific actions you took to address the task. Focus on your contributions and what you did to resolve the situation.

R (Result) – Share the outcomes or results of your actions. This shows the impact of your efforts and what was accomplished.

Technical interview prep

For engineering candidates, be prepared to discuss specific technologies you’ve worked with, as well as your problem-solving methods. You might be asked to participate in a technical assessment or a problem-solving exercise. If your interview involves a live coding session, familiarize yourself with the platform Coderpad beforehand to ensure you’re comfortable with the interface.

AI during technical interviews

We welcome transparent use of AI during our technical interviews, and you will have the option to use ChatGPT within the CoderPad platform. If you use ChatGPT, we expect that you will thoroughly explain the prompts you create and/or discuss in-depth the technical decisions you make using this tool.

Language proficiency

If you’re applying for a role that requires Spanish language proficiency, be prepared to demonstrate your language skills. You might be asked to conduct part of your interview in Spanish to assess your fluency and ability to manage bilingual communications.

Hybrid work model

We currently offer a hybrid work model. This policy allows our employees to blend working from home with days in the office. The structure of hybrid work can vary by team and role, but generally, employees are expected to be in the office a few days each week. This model supports work-life balance while maintaining the connectivity and synergy of in-person interactions.
